Landlord Services for Lettings

Bond Property is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and signed up to ARLA’s Code of Practice. We encourage all of our staff to become qualified ARLA members.

Our standard rental terms include normally: 12-month tenancy agreements, tenant rent payable monthly in advance, 5-week security deposits, and deposits held in a Government-authorised scheme (TDS) which may be returned at the end of the tenancy.
