Our History

Sarah Bond is founder of The Bond Investment Group Ltd, offering an array of property services.

Sarah created the lettings arm, Bond Property, after an extensive career working at some of the most prestigious agents in the country.

Having sat on the rental side of the office, prior to setting up her own company, she successfully headed-up lettings teams for the likes of Hamptons International, Barnard Marcus, and Lauristons, for well over twenty years.

Sarah has been an accredited member of ARLA for over three decades, and regularly speaks at events on lettings subjects nationwide.

"This summer marks 6 years of Bond Property, and set to be our biggest year yet, with a re-branding, a new website, and an expansion of the services we offer our clients. I very much look forward to working with both existing and new customers in 2022 and beyond."
